"Works fine, but I’m not totally sold on the durability"
I grabbed this Clutch Charger kind of on impulse when I realized I needed something small for my bag, it’s been decent so far. I’ve had it for a few months and it still charges fine, no major battery issues or anything. That said, the outside is starting to feel a little loose, which made me go, “Uh oh, already?” I do toss it in my bag most days, so it probably gets bumped around a bit, but I still wish it felt a little sturdier. It’s good enough for now, I’m just not sure how long it’ll hold up.

"Compact and Handy, but Could Be Better"
I do like how small and easy to carry this is, it barely takes up any room in my bag, which is a big plus for me. It’s been working fine so far, but for my personal standard, I expected a little more for the price. It’s decent and gets the job done, just not something I’d call amazing.

"Faster than I thought, even though I’m torn"
I’ve always stuck with my usual brand for chargers, so I wasn’t sure about trying this one. But it charges my phone quicker than I expected and gets it to full fast. It’s not absolutely perfect, but it does the job really well, which kind of makes me question my loyalty a bit.

I picked up the Clutch Charger a few weeks ago, and I’ll be honest, I kind of assumed from the size that it would only give my phone a quick little boost. But it’s actually been holding up really well. I mostly use it on days when I’m out for hours, and it gives my phone enough charge without draining super fast. It’s small enough that I just leave it in my bag and forget about it until I need it. Definitely way handier than I expected.

"Super easy to keep with me"
I got it from Clutch Charger and it’s been handy. It’s small enough to just toss in my bag, and it doesn’t feel heavy or annoying to carry around. I bring it to work and usually take it with me when I travel too, especially for those times when you need that thing and don’t want to deal with extra stuff. It does what I need without taking up much space.

"Pretty good, though not totally perfect"
I was a little unsure at first, but the quality turned out to be decent. It feels solid and does what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t really complain too much. It did take me a bit to get used to, and the packaging wasn’t anything special, but overall I think it’s probably worth it...

"Refund took a little time, but it worked out"
I ordered from clutchcharger.com and realized quickly that I had chosen the wrong item, so I needed to cancel the order.

The refund didn’t happen right away, and I did have to send one follow-up email to check on it. To be fair, support got back to me and explained what was going on, and the money showed up a few days later.

It wasn’t a perfect experience because of the wait, but they did handle it fairly in the end. Personally, I’d give them 4 stars.

I accidentally ordered the wrong Clutch Charger, so I had to send it back. The return process on clutchcharger.com was straightforward, easy to follow, and I didn’t have any real trouble figuring out what to do. Customer support got back to me the next day, so not super fast, but fine.

The refund took a few days after they received the item, which is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. Nothing really went wrong, it just wasn’t instant. Overall it was a decent experience, just one of those things where you have to be a little patient

"Battery life has been better than I expected"
I got mine from clutchcharger.com the battery capacity has been solid. I use it during work to keep my phone charged, and it usually still has some juice left by the end of the day. I’m happy with it so far and don’t really have any complaints. I’m hoping sharing my experience qualifies for the compensation they mentioned, but either way, the charger has been working well for me
